Every batch is fused, dissolved, filtered and lab-verified in-house — so the modulus, Baumé and alkalinity a customer approves is the specification they receive on repeat orders, drum after drum, tanker after tanker.

Our in-house laboratory checks every batch against the customer-approved specification, and a retained sample is filed for traceability on future orders.
Raw material verification
Silica sand and soda ash checked for purity, moisture and grain size at intake.
In-process testing
Modulus, Na₂O and SiO₂ monitored through fusion, dissolution and blending.
Finished goods release
Baumé, alkalinity, insolubles and appearance signed off before COA generation.
Quality assured on paper, and in the drum.
Our in-house laboratory tests incoming raw material and outgoing finished goods against defined IS and customer-agreed specifications, with retained samples for traceability.

What is your minimum order quantity?+
Liquid silicate is supplied by tanker or drum load; solid glass and meta silicate by bagged truck load. Trial quantities can be arranged for qualification — share your requirement and we will confirm.
Can you match a specification we already use?+
Yes. Send your current COA or target ranges for modulus, Na₂O, SiO₂, Baumé or alkalinity, and we will confirm feasibility and sample against it.
Which packaging options are available?+
Road tankers and HDPE drums or carboys for liquid; 25 kg and 50 kg bags or jumbo bags for solid grades. Export packing on request.
Do you supply outside Gujarat and overseas?+
We supply across western and central India, and handle container-load export enquiries with MSDS, COA and packing-list documentation.
How are GLASSCO and METACO related to Pricetech?+
Both are manufacturing brands of Pricetech Chem LLP. GLASSCO (Vadodara) produces sodium silicate liquid and glass; METACO (Kalol) produces metasilicate and orthosilicate grades. Powders and specialty silicates are supplied under Pricetech Chem LLP. All commercial terms are with Pricetech Chem LLP.
