Sodium Silicate Liquid
Clarified silicate solution adjusted to your ratio and solids, dispatched by road tanker, HDPE drum or carboy.
GLASSCO is the sodium silicate unit of Pricetech Chem LLP. It is not a separate company — commercial terms, quality policy and documentation all sit with Pricetech Chem LLP.
The unit runs a silicate furnace producing solid sodium silicate glass, and a pressure-dissolution line converting that glass into clear liquid silicate. Because both stages sit on the same site under the same technical team, modulus is fixed at the furnace and simply carried forward — not corrected downstream.
The same glass also feeds our METACO unit at Kalol, which is what keeps meta silicate quality tied to the same source.
Figures below are indicative and to be confirmed against your final plant data.
Silica sand and soda ash tested for purity, moisture and grain size.
Charge ratio and temperature held to the target modulus.
Pressure digestion, then clarification to remove insolubles.
Modulus, Baumé, Na₂O and SiO₂ checked against the approved spec.
Batch COA issued, retained sample filed, vehicle sealed.
