Quality Process

Five checkpoints from sand to seal.

Raw material intake

Silica sand and soda ash tested for purity, moisture and grain size.

Furnace control

Charge ratio and temperature held to the target modulus.

03

Dissolution & filtration

Pressure digestion, then clarification to remove insolubles.

04

Lab verification

Modulus, Baumé, Na₂O and SiO₂ checked against the approved spec.

05

COA & sealed dispatch

Batch COA issued, retained sample filed, vehicle sealed.
