A silicate business started by people who ran the furnace.
Pricetech Chem LLP began with a simple observation: buyers of sodium silicate rarely complain about price first — they complain about variation. A drum that behaves differently from the last one costs a formulation team far more than a few rupees per kilo.
So the company was built the other way round: control the glass, control the dissolution, control the lab — then sell. Today GLASSCO at Padra fuses sodium silicate glass and produces silicate solution, while METACO at Kalol converts silicate into metasilicate and orthosilicate grades — alongside a wider portfolio of silicate powders and specialty potassium and lithium silicates supplied under Pricetech Chem LLP.
Two plants, one technical team, one specification protocol — and a customer list that reorders because nothing changed.
To be the silicate supplier buyers never need to second-guess.
Recognised across India and export markets for grade consistency, honest lead times and technical support that solves the customer's process problem, not just the purchase order.
Manufacture to specification, document everything, deliver on the date given.
We invest in furnace control, filtration and laboratory capability so that quality is designed into the process rather than inspected in at the end.
Four things we do not negotiate.
Backward integration is the quality strategy.
Because our own furnace supplies the glass that feeds our liquid and meta silicate lines, the variable that usually causes drift — bought-in silicate of unknown history — is removed.
Plant, lab and warehouse under one protocol.
Furnace and reactor lines, an in-house testing laboratory, covered warehousing for bagged stock and tank storage with tanker loading — sized so that quality checks never become the bottleneck.
Supplying India, quoting for export.
Regular dispatch across western and central India by tanker and truck for the full silicate portfolio, with container-load export enquiries supported by MSDS, COA and packing documentation.
Tell us the grade and quantity — we will do the rest.
Our technical team replies to specification enquiries the same working day.
