What sits on the plant floor.
Silicate furnace
Continuous fusion of silica sand and soda ash into sodium silicate glass at controlled modulus.
Dissolution vessels
Steam and pressure digestion of glass into clear liquid silicate, followed by clarification.
Reaction & crystalliser
Metasilicate route — alkali reaction with controlled crystal growth for hydrated grades.
Drying & milling
Drying to hydrated or anhydrous grades, with sizing for free-flowing granules and powder.
Filtration & blending
Adjustment to the exact Baumé, solids or assay the customer specification requires.
Packing lines
Bagging in 25 kg / 50 kg and jumbo bags, drum filling and tanker loading.
