Quotations

All quotations are valid for the period stated on the quotation and are subject to confirmation of specification, quantity and delivery location.

Specification

Material is manufactured to the specification approved in writing. Where a customer method is specified in the purchase contract, that method applies.

Delivery

Delivery dates are given in good faith and are subject to raw material availability and transport conditions.

Payment

Payment terms are as agreed on the order confirmation. Title passes on full payment.
