About METACO

METACO is the metasilicate unit of Pricetech Chem LLP. It is not a separate company — commercial terms, quality policy and documentation all sit with Pricetech Chem LLP.
The unit reacts silicate with alkali, then crystallises and dries it into metasilicate — pentahydrate and nonahydrate for detergent and cleaning formulations, anhydrous powder where high alkalinity with low moisture is required, and sodium orthosilicate for the most aggressive degreasing duties.
The silicate feed comes from our own GLASSCO furnace at Padra, so the raw material history behind every meta silicate batch is known rather than bought blind.
